By accessing or using Trackfaze ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Trackfaze provides workforce management software for home care and healthcare agencies, including employee onboarding, scheduling, compliance tracking, and training management.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one account

4. Subscription and Billing

• Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload malicious code or interfere with the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
• Share login credentials with unauthorized users
• Violate any applicable healthcare regulations

6. Data and Privacy

• You retain ownership of your data
• We process data as described in our Privacy Policy
• You are responsible for ensuring proper consent from your employees

7. Intellectual Property

• Trackfaze owns all rights to the Service and its content
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service
• Feedback you provide may be used without compensation

8. Termination

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations
• Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRACKFAZE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
